Directions


From Denver, take I-70 west to the Silverthorne/Dillon exit. Exit to the right
(north) onto Hwy 9. It is 40 miles to Kremmling. In Kremmling, at the stop light
turn left onto Hwy 40. Go 7 miles and take the second entrance
to the reservoir into the campground.

From Steamboat Springs, take Hwy 40 south approximately 50 miles.
Take the second entrance to the reservoir into the campground.

From I-70 West (Glenwood Springs), take I-70 east. At Wolcott, go North on Hwy 131 to State Bridge. If you don't mind a little gravel (sometimes rough, sometimes not), take The Trough Road (27 miles)as a shortcut to Kremmling. At the end of the Trough Road you will come to Hwy 9. Turn left and go into Kremmling. at the stop light turn left onto Hwy 40. Go 7 miles and take the second entrance to the reservoir into the campground. If you don't want to take gravel, then continue north on Hwy 131, and turn west on Hwy 134. When you come to Hwy 40 (about 30 miles) turn left and go 1/4 mile and turn into Wolford Mountain Reservoir.
